@BigRedEraser-thanks for the tip. That is how I went at it. Walls first and then crush it once it hit the ground. That first wall was pulled outwards so that we could get the sink that was in there. Once the walls were pushed in, the roof fell, and the rest was just crush and pile! No debris went outside of the silt fencing until we hauled it away.
If your going to demo with a track loader. Push the walls in first and then pull the roof down. It keeps your garbage in one pile instead of dragging it all over the site.
