  • lol i dont care that he takes roids but its annoying when he claims he's natural

  • 2:10 "Oh, help, spot me, awww im just kidding"

  • @Japankid113 lol i got scared heheheh

  • Tear down those fibers!

  • I wish jay or Ronnie would walk in too. Cuz MIKE would out lift them and he's drug free. AMAZING!!

  • Seriously people....this guy is nothing but nice to everyone he interacts with and all you people can do is talk shit. I swear, when all you haters see him in person, you'd all be shutting your mouth and want his autograph

  • man wish ronnie or jay would come in the gym and shut this guy up

  • he is a jerk

  • Oh oh spotter, help him! Oh he's just kidding!

  • @ariped70 snap snap snap haha

  • the guy in the white shirt. wtf is he doing

  • hopefully he doesnt mess up his hair ;D

  • hahahaha i love this guy.

  • Holy crap,he can fly!

  • love it .....

  • that guy is amazing

  • The kid behind Mike @ 3:28 looks pissed (or maybe intimidated). And combinate is a word.

  • i love how people type out what he says, like we cant hear....

  • 6 women disliked this video because it would make them too jacked.

  • @ 3:23 THAT, people... is how you finish dumbbell presses. NOT throwing them down

  • "Oh help, spot! Oh I'm just kidding."

  • 8 yrs. ago, I went from a 6day (each bodypart 2x aweek) "drug routine" to (2 on-1 off- 2 on-2 off /once aweek per bodypart) routine and exploded with strength, size, & energy.

Unless you're a freak of nature, only drugs enable a human being to train intensely with iron for 1-2 hrs, 6 days aweek/ each muscle group twice. I also take a week off every 3 months. These pro's can do insain workouts because of dope. They also die young.

Power-building is the best way for drug-free athletes.

  • He is exactly right when he says that higher end reps is for people on drugs. I've never taken 'riods & found that the typical Arnold style workout of Chest/Back - 30 set of 8-12 reps - twice a week is unsustainable. Once I switched to the 5x5x5 system, I maid insaine gains in strength & felt 100% better. Dont listen to the mags.

  • @conan0869 arnold used to power train before the drugs, and even when he took them, he only used them while cutting before a competition. thats probably why he doesnt look like a grotesque freak like todays bodybuilders who inject that shit regularly

  • name of the first song pleaseeeeeeee

  • @ShotToHell1 falling by staind

  • 2:20 is the absolute WORST advice I have ever heard. He tells you to hit your maximum weight, then pretty much says "You don't need a spotter." Downright bull shit! Always have a spotter! You never know if you are going to get a rush of fatigue, dizziness, or have to sneeze or something. I'm kind of disappointed a website such called BodyBuilding would even push this idea.

  • @iwreckriots No, he says "I don't take spots" Wait for it... "BUT YOU SHOULD". He's telling them to use a spot lol what are you ranting for?

  • from this i guess the split wud be; chest, back, legs, delts n arms

heavy dls followed by higher rep excersizes

heavy squats followed by higher rep excersizes

    heavy military presses " " " "

cnt wait till it comes out on bb.com on the 15th :)

  • Boss !

  • Great stuff!

  • this reminds me of my old work out partner except we went heavy with lots of reps alot of scream/grunting is involved but i went from 138 to 150 in a bit over a month

  • he's like the guy from P90X but larger hahah :)

  • incline 315 on warmup....fuckin JACKED !!

  • 1:28 "Because I combinate..." :\

  • @KOFsMaCK combinate is a word.

  • @KOFsMaCK COMBINATE IS A WORD.

  • 1:52, what does he mean by cowbell?

  • Who cares if hes taking or not, hes not hurting anyone if he is or isnt

  • whats the name of the song?!

    please tell me

  • he is natural.. i take steroids(dont give a fuck) and i know natural from roid.. i admit i do, but i dont give a fuck what anyone thinks.. i like being big :D!

  • What movie he stars that's showed in the begining of the video?

  • if people think that you use steroids than why not use them ?!

  • @glasforex You're do dumb, for real.

  • this guy is awsome. hes got that charisma - i wish i could spell carisma...

  • you cant be big anymore without people thinking your on steroids

  • @shino475 ...To think that you acheieved such great potentional through hard work and for some people to claim you cheated by using steroids...HAS got to be the best feeling in the world.

  • @shino475 seriously man! and your argument becomes invalid when you want to beat their ass for not trusting your word that hard work and dedication is what got you your muscles.

  • @shino475 but than ofcourse you could always just stay small... but thats worse than steroids =P

  • @shino475 sooo true

  • @Veniaminee If he was on roids, his voice would be destroyed and it would be cracking all the time.

  • he would be bigger if he was taking roids and lifting that heavy

  • I hate how people are constantly seeing people like this and insisting that they're taking steroids. Sure, a lot of the really big guys like Coleman and Schwarzenegger probably are/were on steroids, but something like O'hearn's body is absolutely achievable if you've got the motivation and the will power to completely control your diet and work hard in the gym (and outside of the gym for fat loss). People really do underestimate the potential of the body without steroids.

  • @Veniaminee actually he deosen't look like he's taking roids i have 2 guys in my gym that are natural and they are pretty big

  • I don't know if Mike is on steroids or nor. He could be natural. If he says he is, I'll believe him. He obviously has good genetics and flawless diet and training plus lots of supplementation and probably lots of prohomormones. But what really annoys me is when people say you can get even bigger naturally if you train for a long period of time.... come on, you can progress maybe first 5 - 7 years if you're doing everything right, but after that you'll stop growin no matter what you do....

  • @Manstopper90 What I'm trying to say is that your body has limits that it cannot go beyond naturally and you can train for as many years as you want, you'll never go beyond that limit.

  • a bigger version of john cooper from skillet :)

  • His biceps are bigger than his head.

  • i like him as a blonde

  • You go light, you'll fade away. That's true as fuck.

  • Just love the guy and so for the last 20 years.

  • The dude is natural, trains hard, eats properly, and great genetics.

    He's 6'3" 250lbs.... very possible to be a natural.

  • @Veniaminee I hate people like you, every body building video or any video that comes up theres always someone who says there on Roids. It takes time to get big and even if you take roids you still have to train like a fucking animal to get big so either A. you shut the hell up and stop hating on people who like body building and working out or B. Start taking roids because you seem like a Person whos not here for tips but to Hate on the sport. Fuck you

  • If he was on roids you wouldnt be able to see his neck for veins

  • this workout is for weak people.

  • nah he got inplants , see this video he talks about his fake biceps. /watch?v=2jQEY4s9VlY&feature=channel_video_title

  • @hardstylerockdammit That video about the fake biceps you know he was joking

  • @Veniaminee Why? because everybody that has any muscle mass is automatically on gear? Besides that, who gives a shit?

  • @Veniaminee haha he went to a natural muscle bodybuilding contest which means he has to give his pee in the bathroom inside the building, and poly tests? so ya

  • skip the jokes and i may click you again. Natural :)

  • 2:12 lol

  • What did he say at 1:55 please????

  • @Veniaminee thumbs up if you think hes jealous?

  • @Veniaminee he is natural dude.

  • @menz40 yes he looks natural to me

    hey :D

  • @menz40 Wtf and how do you know that? If he is all natural he would be the biggest natural Bodybuilder i ever saw...

  • @menz40 He does indeed look natural.

  • @menz40 Hate to burst your bubble but he isn't natural. You can tell by the density/fullness of the muscle. But either way he's a good guy.

  • anyone who thinks he's on gear cmon now.he's 6'5,been working out since he was 13.probably added 100lbs on 15ish years cos i know he's definately around the 30's

  • he reminds me of tony horton sooo much

  • Sometimes his face reminds me of david hasselhoff. Dont know why.

  • @Veniaminee Any bodybuilder who is experienced in both drug enhancing and drug free bodybuilding will tell you that steroids are a temporary boost but the downside is the second your body doesn't have them you fade away even though you are still training hard , when done naturally this doesn't happen and it does not require years and years and years at all .... It takes ( with the correct diet and genes) maybe 2 to 3 years dedicated gym time to become just about as big as you would want to be..

  • @Veniaminee You dont need to take stereoids to achieve that physique, BUT you have to work hard for many many MANY years and eat right.

  • Is that Arnold Swarchevdjshxdd?? Or Elvis Presley reborned with no cardio and huge muscles... You know what they say: too much is like not enough.

  • the guy in the background @ 3:28 looks at Mike finish with those huge dumbbells and he looks like he says "to hell with it, Im going home"

  • @Veniaminee You mad?

  • he looks like greg plitt in bulk mode

  • His method definitely works cause I've never seen anybody jump that high before (like at 6:55). He's really strong.

  • hes just got freakishly big arms

  • he's def not natural anymore, and hasn't been for a while

  • @marc96accord how so??? he's around the same size as when he was competing naturally...

  • What's the average height for pro bodyduilders?

  • @TheLeilisa 5'6-5'10

  • @TheLeilisa The average height for a pro is 5'5 to 5'10. It's really hard to fill out a larger frame which is why you don't see that many guys over six feet.

One thing I've noticed is some guys like Shawn Ray like to lie about their height. Not sure why. It's not like anyone would respect him less for being 5'6 than 5'7 but guys like to lie about their height in general so why should bodybuilders be an exception?

  • @TheLeilisa Typically between 6'0 and 6'4. They're usually fairly tall guys, but sometimes you'll get a shorty like Hidetada Yamagashi (he's Japanese, so he has an excuse. :P)

  • @xIVIoNsTeRzZ i still need a few inches more , there is this product named " helpo growth formula" from w..helpogrowth.commm that i ve been using for months and actually can see the difference now.

  • @TheLeilisa 5'1"

  • something tells me his 3 plate incline for 5 reps that seems to go very fast is using a fake plate somwhere in there.

  • @bigbobabc123 It looked OK to me. He really is that strong.

  • @nardpuncher nobody can pause 315lbs on incline mid rep at the end of their set and speak whilst doing it.

  • @bigbobabc123 I respectfully disagree. Though I do think when these guys do photo shoots they likely use fake plates, as the lighting set up and all that makes it hard to bench 315 and all, as they may take many photos and the photographer wants the bar at a certain level etc.

  • @bigbobabc123 the hell they cant. Most people on here need to realize some people do indeed have way more potential to be athletic than you do. There's obvious steroid users, gifted athletes, and normal folks who work hard and look good but will never reach a certain level of strength and explosive ability.

  • @bigbobabc123 i don't see why. He clearly looks more pumped after the lift than before...

  • bADAsS WOrKOuT MaN!!!

  • @dan2002 Fuck that's hardcore dude!

  • i guess he acts more than he workouts

  • lol u didnt say anything about flying traning hehehehe

  • On How many of the sets would you go to failure ? if you go to failure on alot of them would you risk overtraining ?

  • @ninininjak

He does not train to failure. Nor do most powerlifters. It isn't needed if you are getting the volume with many sets.

  • he looks like superman

  • @ASSLOVER56 Check "World's Finest" here on youtube and you'll see just that!

  • Check out my vid and get your FREE workout guide!!

  • this guy is THE FUCKING KING!

  • Quick question: I have a permanently separated AC joint that makes it difficult to do flat bench dumbbells with heavy weight. What could I do instead?

    Thanks

  • Dude should be bigger than he is. The Rock has nothing on you!

  • @EightThoughts I mean as far as acting goes, not body.

  • AWESOME!!

  • Cool. I love Mike!! Hes awesome, I want to see him in move movies!!!!
