@101andrewj the point of the rollover drill is to get a feel on how to release your seat belt upside down open your door and let everyone else know theres a door open. I don't know if you have ever been in a m1151 or have done a HEAT trainer but going upside down in full kit enclosed in a small space like that is difficult to release and escape. especially in a MRAP with their 5 point harness.

@Airsoftsniping101 i have never done the drill, or been inside a uparmored humvee... altho i am aware that rollovers are very common, so it is smart to train the soldiers to dismount quickly and properly after one... i just dont think this simulator is accurate to a rollover

@101andrewj If they had full speed rollovers there would be alot of injuries whip lash, concussions etc. they usually do these rollovers at 30% speed.

the angle where they say it will roll is not the max angle, like they say 40 degrees or something? I went on a "road test" and got it well past that mark of no return. I know it was a M998 and 4 seater soft top HUMMVE. I work on these vehicles for my job.
