those Browns were terrible...Vardell had no chance. He was the fullback for Barry Sanders when he rushed for over 2000 yards...He was always a great blocker

this was from a monday night game against the dolphins in 1992. browns were 7-9 that year.

He was a role player although one year when Tommy played for the Lions he did have more rushing touchdowns than Barry Sanders did that year.
