wow, that's amazing! do you know of any free programs that i can tinker with to do stuff like this? i'm really interested in doing this type of stuff, but i don't have $1,500 to throw around at the moment. the only modeling program i have experience with is Google Sketchup, and the only animation programs are Pivot(lol) and a little bit of messing with Endorphin.
bah, i've given up on blender for now. i may get back into it down the road, i don't feel like wasting my time on it now when i could spend my time on more productive efforts.

The body is suspended ever so slightly too high above the floor. Lower it and the leg popping should be fixed.

Well, anim8or's UI is closer to the average proffesional app's than blender's is. MUCH closer.
In fact, if you WANT to get into preffesional 3d animation DO NOT start with blender. It will teach you bad habbits.

There's a lot of beginner's reference material for Blender online and, if I remember right, in books. Don't let the quantity of buttons fool you.
