Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde is out in flipbook style. If you like flipbooks but not One Day definitely check out that one. Jasper Fforde in general is an amazing author, and although I don't like Shades of Grey as much as his Thursday Next series it's still a pretty awesome book.

Some education for you deprived foreigners - a car boot sale is an amazing thing that I didn't know was exclusively English until reading the comments. We congregate in fields or car parks and let people pay pennies for the junk spilling out of the back of our cars. Or of course we buy more needless junk for ourselves. The latter is more fun.

@Throrindor a car boot is known as a trunk in the US and a sale from one is a bit like a garage sale, but where dozens or possibly hundreds of people sell their stuff from their car boots, usually parked in rows in a car park. Long winded but hopefully informative :-)
