i love these traditional dances. Definitely gotta love Lao, Khmer, and Thai karaoke videos, because they always have beautiful girls dancing in it. I especially love morlam and funny Isan comedies. Morlam Lao is fun to listen to.

hey mien person, do you even know what "mawlum" or "morlam" means in Laotian or Thai? do you even know what "Isan" means??? Morlam means professional singer and Isan means northeast or northeast people who live in NE Thailand. you should look it up on google or wikipedia. To me, mien, hmong and other hilltribes dances look like chinese because thats where they originated from. Lao Khmer Thai and Burma dance style are more of India influenced.

Hmong-Miao people think anytime people have fancy designed clothes it is Hmong style. Tai people live near Miao people for thousands of years, we leave China and then you guys follow us. I think we share a lot of culture, so who knows what comes from what. Same fight between Lao, Khmer, and Thai over culture, we all borrow from everybody.
