These aren't 'my' allegations. These are STATE INVESTIGATION FINDINGS that were determined based on The Law. Don't worry about the Dept of Justice just yet... why not discuss all the Laws that are repeatedly broken by your Program Manager... are continuing to be broken.. and WHY you have ANOTHER State Investigation ongoing right now, today.. because your Program Manager is ALLOWING illegal activity in that facility and you are doing nothing but protecting her.
And the ONLY reason I went to the EEOC is because your corporation legally changed its name and ownership of the facility the next business day after I stopped working there. My last day was Sat 11/6 and you changed ownership Mon 11/8. It prevented me from reporting to the State. I was told the facility I was reporting was 'defunct' and I couldn't report for a company I 'never worked for.' I asked EEOC to help me find out why I couldn't report -- and they did.
NeuroRestorative is committed to providing high quality services to individuals with brain injuries. We welcome the opportunity to address any concerns or issues that may exist. Any complaint about NeuroRestorative’s practices, including client care or billing, can be reported to our Compliance Hotline at 1-800-297-8043. All sufficiently detailed reports (which can be made anonymously) will be investigated promptly.
From Chris Williamson, NeuroRestorative: “VoiceofTruth318” is a former employee who has filed a complaint against the Company regarding her employment. Her allegations in this video were investigated by the Company, its licensors, and the state Dept of Justice. No evidence of physical or sexual abuse of clients was found. These investigations revealed issues to be addressed and we have implemented an improvement and correction plan to the satisfaction of our licensors.
The Mentor Network/NeuroRestorative got a lucrative contract with the VA to work with our Traumatic Brain Injured Vets. AND THIS HOW THEY OPERATE? Is the VA aware of this? They need to be.
