This is true, yet i have an excellent computor, and mine lags with hypercam. Hypercam definitely creates gigantic lag. So it may be just the recording, or maybe it really is this guy's computor.

Guys, it's not his pc, Hypercam2 is one of the worst "game recordin'" utilites, the game isn't "used" to that, that's why it lags so much. It's not his PC, it's the HyperCam.

havent a clue lol, i think the refresh rates are different, so the frame is being recorded when the buildings are refreshing, so it doesnt appear, im not sure, but its just a guess
