  • i need help please... i have a trouble when i want to airmon-ng. my wireless device is not stated there? how to turn on the wifi inside backtrack??? im use the asus eee900 and backtrack4 final release...

  • buy a real mac

  • @supern00b25

Why would I want a mac?

    Over-rated, Over-Priced Emo Media Machine!

Buy a real COMPUTER and get linux on it!

  • go fuck yourself microsoft suck ass

  • @supern00b25

Your comments only make you sound more of an emo tard.

Who hasn't got a Winblows machine? they have a mass share in the market.

For Work & day to day = Windows

    For fun ;) = Linux

    For emo's = Mac

  • so what mac is best and im emo whatever

  • @dodge6969 Macs r ok im on 1 atm but if ur like a gamer or something then youll want a windows.

    Mac = More media stuff

    Windows = Everything

... lol its better to get a windows

  • Dat Laptop Gud For Haxx0rin' It Iz, Yes !

    Even Borat Knows That !

  • PS, hackbooks run OSX. That's where the term was coined. Like MacBook... but HackBook... because you hacked it to install OSX.

  • QFT

Hackbook = PC hacked to run OSX86

  • No, a desktop PC would be called a Hackintosh. A laptop would be called a HackBook.

  • why do they call it the hack book

    whats it good for?

  • I call it the hack book purely for it's mobility and great wifi card.

Running Backtrack3 or 4 from the SD card makes it a mobile pen testers dream.

  • winblows lol true linuux ftw

  • ...LOL... :D

    It's cool.. :)

  • hahah did he say winblows?

  • yeah lol

  • think u can make a tutorial on how to boot bt3 from liveDVD?

  • if you cant boot from a live cd then you're a fucking moron.

  • Not really..

He has just some problems finding his CD drive on his EEE PC...

  • hahahaha

  • amen

  • im really confused about how to change wallpapers on the eee,,ive read guides of how to do it,but they dont make sense,,,thats kinda normal for anything to do with linux,

i would like to install different distro but i dont habe a external dvd drive for a start

  • whats that song in the background?

  • Who else thinks ASUS intentionally used Atheros chips for...?

  • I cant call that a "hackbook" with only 900Mhz, but that's my vision. I love the EEE PC, getting it this week, can't wait for it ^^

  • 900mhz is plenty enough for a hackbook, especialy if its running linux!! I cannot see any noticible difference in running BT3 on this than my Quad Q6600 with 4gb RAM.

  • I mean with hacking passwordcracking e.g. bruteforcing, making or using rainbowtables, well I think you goal on penetration testing, if so I dont call penetration testing hacking, but exploiting vurnabilities, just my 2 cents.

  • ah well thats a different story..

Yes u r right there. I wouldnt use this for rainbow tables or brueforcing.

But I would sniff the data to take back and crack on the desktop.

  • Yes, I did the same on my laptop, you mean wepcrack, I toke an AP from 480m from my house, taking some datapackets which toke a sh*tload (homemade antenna), but thanks to BT who got the drivers for my wireless usb dev.

Best thing to carry on a laptop is a dualboot with XP or BT/BSD for developing and penetration testing, use a ps3 for bruteforcing passwords, toke me only 16 days to crack a 16 alpha-numeric characters NTLM hashfile!

6 Days for the EEE coming :)

  • That has definitely sold it for me, no more walking around work calibrating and surveying the wireless network with my chunky Dell.

I need to get myself an EEE PC!

Just need to find the cash now :-(

Thanks for a great video, Keep them coming!

    Many Thanks

    DrBlake4000
