i just got a stability ball 2 days ago.so excited to try these exercises...i was doing some crunches earlier today and my back was kind of in pain. after watching another video, i learned that your not suppose to let your shoulders drop all the way to touch the stability ball... =[ im ready for another go at it with these exercises and see if they work.. wish me luck

i tried the last exercise (the one that you said the hardest abs exercise). When I tried it, I felt very uncomfortable on my lower back.
I enjoy the rest of the exercise though. I love stability ball.

that means your lower back is weak....i had the same problem...just do some lower back work outs to get it stonger...then your lower back wont hurt!
