This is why I hate most of Hollywood's movies. They extremely exaggerate in many points of view, the most obvious in this movie is the size they gave to Smildon Populator!! Hollywood should stop caring about money and give the audience real facts!!

@KaiserXCaesar it's a movie not a documentary I would settle for a good story and a movie that's fun to watch and couldn't care less if it's accurate or not. A lot of what we know about that point in time is just theory and guessess anyway and it's not as far off as the "Flintstones". :)

The facts are that people once they watch stupidity on T.V. they start to think everything they watch is real.

For example some dude from school indeed had in mind that, prehistoric felines were as huge as the Smilodon shown on this movie. I told him the facts I know and I gave him some books to read about. Instead of the stupidity you want every citizen to learn. We are creating dysfunctional beings. Who don't have their feet on Earh.-_-

@KaiserXCaesar That is due to laziness. It's not really the job of a movie like this to teach history, it's about telling a story. If people can't tell it's made up then that's on them. Devlin and Emerich's movies are throwbacks to the Hollywood movies of the past where the focus was stories not details or facts. If that's not your thing then cool but personally I don't automaticlly expect every movie set in the past to be history channel material.

What do you expect from Roland Emmerich? Every single one of his movies is a piece of shit. This worthless "director" relies on CGI. If you guys don't believe me, or agree, I challenge you to name ONE film that has good acting, good scriptwriting, and stands on its own WITHOUT CGI.

worst movie ever! Insultingly bad. Suburban white people with the crappiest accents i've ever heard, 10,000 inaccuracies, the shittiest acting money can buy. For the year it came out graphics were disappointing. And to think I had my hopes up for the movie.
