  • Nike better come up with some good shit.

  • useless shit

  • Killing on nike!

  • 02:00 Tablet PC :-( No iPad... forget it I'm gonna buy some Crocs they are what a Mac user needs

  • @ErikRicardoLC i like my mac but im buying adidas i don't like looking like a hippy nerd

  • this wall is useless for shemales

  • really cool idea, does anyone know how much this screen costs?? we're realizing a project for our last year at college, and need some info about this intel screen!!! please!

  • Cool idea but how do try on a virtual shoe and see how it fits?

  • This undoubtably "cool" but I can't help thinking about how much more complex it makes the buying process and how much it adds to the overhead costs of a single store without adding much value other than the "wow" factor.

Think of all the programming, modeling, rendering, installation costs, buying the touch-screens and tablets, training the staff, bandwith use...all to sell shoes at the same price as before?

  • Interesting, but sincerely, this wall is one more like others. It shows products, info and that`s all. And why do I need another computer to add to cart? This is complex...

I don`t know, maybe I`m not in my best mood today, but Adidas is always sooooo original... This wall isn`t the most inteeresting project.

  • How cool! Customizing your shoe in real time is awesome. I would also suggest a screen on the ground, to measure your foot size properly and not just assume what it is. And it would be a fatal error and embarrassing, to say the least, if the computer didn't recognize your gender correctly. And with all the hype around Xbox Kinect's Gesture Controlled Interface, it could have been easily applied instead. Actually something similar was installed a few years back at the Adidas store in Paris.

  • Actually I don't get how this thing will work... If this screen will be in a huge Adidas store and then there will be just one, good luck in browsing throughout all that additional infos! Or maybe all the clients will have a PC tablet?

  • Good idea. I think it can reduce the space of the physical store. But anyway the consumer need to try shoes. Maybe he can choose a pair of shoes on the screen and an assistant will bring them to him?

This idea should be developed. I want to see more such stores in the future.

  • But the consumer hasn't even tried the shoe on? What if it sucks? Surely fundermentally flawed as a consumer experience.

  • PC was built in for security reasons considering if the consumer chooses to sign-in and pay via credit card

  • beautiful, except that I didn't really understand the role of bringing the PC, why couldn't the checkout be done on the wall itself?
