here are my ideas on a way to fix things to bring costs down and such Add a public option thats competitive with other insures then let insures go over state lines to stop the big monopoly's that have control of some states in same cases one company owns 80% of that states market share if we open up state lines for insures that will drive costs down it will be like having comcast verizon and ATT on your town on your block the prices will go down simple as that
