If she gets training in martial art, she will need to cut down on her muscle mass. She is just to slow. NO Power Lifting is more than just legs things. You use your entire body. I mean the power lifting woman are super super strong and they are nowhere near as big as Aleesha. See that's the problem people think about bodybuilders in general. They may look strong to the average Joe and Jane. but in reality they are actually very weak compared to many other kinds of athlete.

@baldone46 Dude no she wouldn't. Bodybuilding is different than lets say MMA. In fact I am sure there are many woman who know Martial arts or even boxing that can kick her ass. Also There are power lifter woman are soooooo much stronger than Aleesha.
@HayateAzekura With a little or a lot of Martial arts training, couldn't she hold her own? I would think one punch with such strong arms could knock out most MMA girls like Gina Carino...none have the arm strength Aleesha does. Power lifting, isn't that mostly legs and back and not so much power in the arms? Don't really know, just guessing. She probably is a bit too big and muscular to be as feminine as I originally posted, too.

@baldone46 Bodybuilding is about sculpting their body. I am a big fan of Aleesha though, she is actually very feminine. I too was confused. Many use really low weights and high volume. Like Alina popas, I was like wow her arms are huge but then I saw her max weight with STRICT form and I was very disappointed of the amount of weight. My arms aren't as sculpted as Alina but my curling weight for biceps is 2 1/2 as much as hers. So balloon like muscle DOES NOT equal strength or power
