sometimes I can't block blanka's ultra. I don't know why

@wadeelee start blocking low, then block high if you are close, it starts too fast, so you can't do a thing when he uses it....

if blanka has an ex, he can ex roll jump out of it.

Are you sure? he still can't even move, proof is that he can't reversal after the ultra he's still on recovery frames, you can crouch forward too into ultra too but I find weak green hand better because you get some super bar.

timing seems a little strict when i tried it

mash green hand, or if you are good with reversals just wait, you got to ultra right after the green hand ends, it can me mashed too, it's easy...

yeah...everytime, you can use crouch medium kick too instead of the green hand, but i'd go for refilling my super bar at all chances possible
