hello,this is a great video and yes it gives motivation but starving is not the best way to lose weight 2 years ago i was really fat i staved myself because i wanted to be skinny and thin like a model but i was putting my health in risk.but it doesnt work not the best way to lose weight but after all it works,but now i try to help people who think that E.Ds are "fun" and "cool" but no their not.if you want to lose weight eat healthy and drink a lot of water.its the best way out.
