Forrest Gump is great but it has a little too much sentamentality for my taste. The Godfather reigns supreme over all films though....the only film I would give a perfect 10/10.

Very strong list, but I can't believe that none of the Lord of the rings movies were mentioned. Even if you are not a fan of sci fi or the lotr series. Those movies consisted of some of the best acting, and producing/directing of all time. I would take out Cast Away. Great movie indeed but Forrest Gump blew it away, no need for 2 Tom Hanks movies =P
