I don't like the fact that Hollywood is making their own version of this trilogy.

1. These movies are perfect as they are, and I doubt they can do it justice.

2. Lots of the movies that runs on TV here in Sweden are in english, and we do not complain, becuse we don't have a SINGLE problem watching it with subtitles. It seems the Americans cannot watch anything where the people doesn't speak english. This happened once before with the swedish movie "Let the right one in."

Oh damn i'm glad that the second one comes from tv this weeks sunday... I didn't understand anything that the people in the trailer said, but i know what goes on, looked like the most action this movie has is when Lisbeth encounters Ronald... Too bad that's in the end of the movie. At least it was so in the book.

What? Kristen Stewart playing Lisbeth? I already don't like the idea of an american remake (although I'm actually canadian) and now, it's apparently worse than I imagined.. Without having anything against Stewart, I think that she's REALLY not the right actress to play Lisbeth. The best actress for that role, the perfect one, is Noomi Rapace. :) <3

Anyways, can't wait to see this third film, it's surely going to be great! :D

I just found it on a bulgarian torrent site, which is weird, but i think you can't download from it. It's called zamunda. net - you have to write the name in english i think but maybe in sweden will work too and it has en subs in it. Or i could send it to you (if you haven't found it yet)

That's just, not cool.  I have nothing against Stewart, but the character has way more edge to it and Kristen is just so small. Lisbeth kicks ass. But as I said, Hollywood doesn't care. Let the right one in remake is just wrong. I can't even keep an open mind about it.

I'm sure most fans of the books don't require any remake, and prefer them in their original setting. But some people do prefer to relate to Americanised characters and setting, for some reason. I think it's a bit of a shame, because I like that films like this one make people interested in other cultures than America...
