At marker 1:50, the man says there is a different name for the "image of man". How is that spelled? It sound like " inunwyuk". Could it be "ilanaaq"? The name given to the 2010 Vancouver Olympics logo.
Humans all have this primal need to mark their land - rather with stacks of rocks - or just a pole (Baton Rouge = Red Pole, which marked the French and Indian lands)

In my view it is more Inunguak, I don't know how to write it, but surely not ilanaq. Maybe you can have a look at an Inuit Cultural site?

This is going to be my kickoff for my Tundra lessons with grade 8 this week.
we will all make symbolic inukshuks this month .. myself, i plan to build a "bookshuk" in my garden........

there is a huge difference between baton rouge and an inukshuk.
inukshuk are for telling others where it's good to hunt or fish ect.
native inuits or indians do now claim anything to be theirs. they just live there.
a baton rouge shows land ownership.
