Garmin Nuvi 1490t | Garmin 1490t

Is anyone else having problems with the 1490 Favourites folders? Creating a subfolder is not working (that is, when you want to group all your friends addresses, it wouldn't let you).

I still own a nuvi 260w and it always lets me create subfolder on the Favourites.

Please help......

Nice vid... I own this and love it.. only complaint is that Garmin in general is lacking in the lane assist... you NEVER see it... other than that, next to the 1690, the 1490 is one of the best GPSs that you can buy right now... by the way, TOM TOM is horrible if you were wondering

ARE YOU ABLE TO MAP OUT YOUR OWN INSTRUCTIONS RATHER THAN THE GARMIN FASTEST WAY THERE.......I HAVE THE GARMIN 1450

@TKCOTTRILL no... it's either shortest distance or fastest time... those are the only two route options... Magellan is the best brand in terms of setting up your own routes and setting up avoidances.... good point though, and next to lane assist, not being able to set up your own route are my only complaints

@TKCOTTRILL if you already know where you're going and how you want to get there, then why use a gps at all? just go.
