Robert, why is it that we astral project each night( if we do, I am not aware of doing this), yet we not feel the vibrations? What, technically,is causing the vibrations? If one were being studied while having this experience,how would it manifest? I once experience vibrating, then leaving my body & it felt like I was being electrocuted. I never thought the human body could experience that without burning out. It felt terrifying. Thanks.

I astral projected many times and was able to remember them as a child, 5,6+ and one of my worst experiences was when I astral projected and I was inside my room preparing to leave to the outside world and something grabbed my left foot, then my right foot, I fell to the floor as I was being dragged by an entity, which I looked back and it seemed like a skeletal figure, as it was dragging me away underneath my bed into a endless dark I kicked and screamed and somehow I got away....crazy huh?

But they happened kinda often. I thought they were just dreams where I could see myself asleep. Can anybody explain how this happened so often to me at this age by accident? It didn't happen like everynight, just often.
i just drink dunkin donuts coffee about 4 hours before going to sleep. The caffeine seems to heighten my awareness of being on the boarder line of sleep/and being awake. Body seems to fall asleep and mind stays awake. I feel like I'm vibrating and I hear a buzzing sound, which then i freak out and wake up.. I haven't been able to stay calm when it happens...

Download the 1999 first edition of the Astral Dynamics from his website or you may buy the latest in a bookstore. You'll find everything there. BTW if you project elsewhere than in this real-time physical world with confusing events then you probaly have lucid dreams which is very similar. :)
