I think she did extremely well for her first time. Glocks are not always the best fit for some people (the wife switched from a Glock 19 to an XD in .45acp because of the ergonomics).
Check out shootingcoach on You Tube, he has a vid "How to grip a pistol", which I think is the best pistol grip technique.
Hard to tell exactly, but it looks like her right hand is rotated a bit to the right ("reaching for the trigger"). Next time, ensure that the pistol is centered in the web of her right hand and the pistol is inline with her forearm.
Yeah. She has small hands...we'll try a Glock 19 the next time. I'm sure she'll be a lot better
