I saw this vid and will go out and get me a loufa so I can brush my skin. I have a lot of cellulite between the thigh area. I will post and let you know how it works out.
I use both... The scrub I use weekly (great for and dry patches/a\eczema or any skin disorder). The soak is great because along with relaxing your muscles, the potassium (as I understand) reduces water retention and also helps your body rid itself of toxins and helps break down deposits where these toxins get trapped.
Right on time...I'm actually starting a detox program at the beginning of next week. Been working out for some time...vegertarian (but have finally come to understand the responsibility...initially gained due to all the startch, now a clean eater).
But since I've recently quit smoking, this is the perfect time to go to the next level.
Suggestion for your viewers, another great thing is sea salts.
