fucking awesome man! I just got a Sony HVR-Z1E, but i am kind of a noob, so im not even close too getting my videos as good as this. What kind of editing software do you use, and are you using some kind of adapter?
Sorry for my bad English, i am 15 years old and from Norway;)
It was just an experiment really, the whole thing was just a mashup of odd clips from the camera which is why I thought I'd try messing around with timing a bit too. Some I like and some I don't.
Very nice!!

Great and amazing- but in the last scene I saw some "not focused meanparts" .
May be that would be a part of the artist's freedom ;-)

OK thanks,
Are you using the EX1 with a Letus of Dof lens?
What do you think of the EX3?
I would like to see what you could do with actors...
flyingcloudprod 2 years ago
Yes, this is EX1 & Brevis35.I haven't used the EX3 but it gives the same image as the EX1 just different form factor.
I've shot a few things with actors, search for Kuda - Fake traitors

how much did it cost?

The weird in between shots and the not continues movement of the camera kinda spoiled my emotional experience of the video.
Basically i felt like nice shots and nice music, but not really linked together.
Thanks for the link though, i downloaded her whole album. :)

Did you shoot this with the brevis?

Thanks loads. Yes this is shot with the brevis which is how it has such narrow depth of field.

Love this, really do. The song choice is so right for this. Added on favourites straight away! Good work Paul old bean!

Looks like Vimeo may be obsolete. I am going to upload a clip (Sony EX1) now and hope for similar results. Thanks for sharing!!

Thanks for the comment. I'm really impressed with YouTubes new HD encoding, probably the best out there now.

Some great images here. One suggestion I would make is to get stuff in focus a bit quicker, it moves too slowly for the music.
