Because of the knob placement? I don't actually pick that chord. I don't know if Eddie does, but I can't get to the knob in time if I do. I go for the knob as soon as I hit that second A5 chord to cut the volume, and then just hammer on as I swell.

You build those guitars? nice how much is an average price for a 5150 replica? I wanna get one. Kramer used to make 5150 signature guitars, didn't they? I have a friend that has a black and white striped guitar, it says kramer on the headstock but it doesn't have a real floyd rose. I'm not sure what the bridge is.

Went to see them on 5/9/08... Atlantic City baby! They rocked the house. Unfortunately, the place has a tile ceiling, and where I was sitting, the acoustics were HORRIBLE. Eddie Alex and Wolf were playing great though. I think Dave was holding the mic to close to his mouth.

My guitar was actually made in the late '80's, I got it on eBay. I don't know what kind of pickup is in it, but it's just insane. Sounds like a freight train. That's one of the secrets behind the tone. As for the amp setting, there's really not much to it. I keep the tone just about centered, with a little reverb, and the rest is in the fingers!

I actually got that guitar used on eBay. It was made sometime in the mid/late 80's. Hell of a find!

And I'll be seeing the boys again twice this March! That makes seven times on this tour, plus five on the last tour, and once on the III tour.
