sometimes i think people forget, or never knew, just how hard radiohead was capable of rocking out. Live at Astoria is a testament to that. Add to that, they did it with so much artistic integrity and talent, they long ago earned the right to follow their muse to where ever it took them.... one of the all time great bands, no doubt.

i used to have this on video when i was 15. my grandmother sometimes watched it with me but never liked the music on it (apart from street spirit - she liked that one). watching this reminds me of her a bit. awesome song and performance regardless! anyway, i remember she once said "doesn't the boy in the white shirt (ed) look awfully nervous" during his vocal part. i think she was right!

That's the only version around. Thom recorded it at home (it is said that the noises in the backround are his wife washing the dishes) and the band thought it was perfect that way, so they never recorded a full band version
