I remember not too long ago Bushmaster sale M16A2 service rifle at $650 with 3 30 rounds magazines and hard case.

I've had to completely gut rifles that were made with chinese parts kits. Weak springs, parts not machined correctly, I had one rifle where the buffer was literally falling apart because the plastic weight had torn the roll pin out of the aluminium piston and face was galling to point of fracturing.

I only use US parts. I only use DPMS.

nice build i spent $750 on my m4 and built everything from parts and that price included a nickel boron bcg if you want to really go cheap dont buy a upper build everything like i did part by part

How much you sink in to tools for the job? That has to be factored in, because I dont have them and I would have to pay a lot of money to ge them meaning it would cost me a hell of a lot more then 600 bucks... Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh­hhhhhhhh.

@MrJapper88 Also you did not factor tax in any of that stuff so it was all tax free and shipping free to huh??? My MINI 14 tactical cost me 643, shipping taxes, and FFA transfer free and it is as god as your AR. Plus it has a Hammer forged barrel quality you will not have. Just saying MINI 14 kick the holly fuck out f AR's.

@airic554 lol the target on the right wasn't shot with the AR.... The target on the right was shot with my glock 19 I was just dumping some 33 round mags into it.

@GTILOUD I don't hunt with it, but I think you can hunt with them in TX. I found Core15 on the web when I was looking for an upper for my AR. They had a great deal going on the MIL spec M4 upper.

Well done. I did the same thing and instead of buying one for the local shop, my neighbor told me about building one, and it is alot cheaper to do it this way. Got my scope from primaryarms . com for 150.
