hi i am a 14 years old boy and im wondering does stop your growth. Because my muscles looks bigger every week and that gives me alot of benifets. So yeah just wondering does it stop your growth?
If I'm trying to build muscle mass then rest is key. My question is if I'm doing heavy lifting for my arms once a week, then where should I fit in the recovery between this 30 day plan(which is fantastic BTW) and regular routine?
how many reps & set should i do? i will try urs method routines in 30 days only. before i start i will take a picture of now, and compare after 30. so... how many reps & set should i do? is 8 kg enough or i should add more?

I'm 6ft3 and weigh around 105 kilo's(220 pounds?) However I only have fat on my belly. I really enjoy this workout, it's fun and it makes you sweat in a few minutes. My question is: does this help you lose the "bad" fat on your stomach too? Of course it helps, but how much? Thanks in advance!

@FrancCastle to gain mass...you will need to focus on my upper body clips or the ones marked chest...use a weight that makes the last 2-3 reps almost impossible to finish... complete 8 reps...ok?

Do triceps 2-3 times a week as it's a smaller muscle and can recover quickly. I'm guessing you train regularly? Just do a variety of tricep exercises every like... Monday, Thursday, and Saturday?

This is a great workout! I have been doing it for 2-3 weeks and my arms have noticable muscle! I almost feel like it is getting too easy for me. Is there another workout similar to this (with weights and cardio) that is a little harder?
@kmbatts8 I started to repeat this until I felt like I could go no more. I also do cardio to get my heart rate up before this and before cardio I do his Upper Body Exercises TUES, THURS, SUN Do before Cardio. Feels great :D awesome channel!

@Pab654 wal-mart has a brand of whey protein called body fortress that has creatine and glutamine mixed in and it is actually really good stuff. i think its like $10-15 for like a whole months worth. you dont need buy the $40-100 a month stuff just a waste of money.
P.S. if you get it dont get cookies-n-cream taste terrible XP
@makingthebest09 yeah, the body fortress one has only 1 gram per scoop; which is 25 grams of protein. its actually pretty good stuff. i started using it and then i talked to a couple of other people at my gym and they and had a lot of success with it too.

hello man, well people at the gym say is wrong to do 3 types of muscles at the same time...they say only 2 should we do , like biceps and triceps! u are here doing biceps triceps and shoulders ! i see u have great muscles, did u build those muscles like this or u go to the gym and sometimes do those exercises at home ?
@neutroninvention Sit-ups, crunches, MASSIVE 50 rep situps and crunches, Full bodyweight dips, 5-15 reps, massive pushups, chin to the floor, as many reps as you can do, and maybe variations of pushups, like wider armed, or closer together.
@neutroninvention Remember, I do things like 2 sets of 8 reps of weight 3 times a week sometimes 4 times a week, then the same weight on whatever and do 2 sets of 15, then after that week, move up on the weight and do 2 sets of 8
So im on what day 6 and moved u from 12 pound weights to 15 pound weights and seeing more muscle growth what weight should i aim for to be able to do this
today was my first day did it twice with 12 pounders holy crap this is tiring are there any other work outs that i should do with this for lower body or anything
I just finished day 30, and I must say that I look much better. I've still got quite a ways to go before I'm in anything resembling good shape, but I do feel a lot better about myself now.

great workout. ive been warming up with 1 round of your week 1 easy cardio, followed by 3 rounds of this and finnishing off with the navy seals ab workout + some pushups and stretching.. definately feeling the burn!

week 3 with this and wrestling practice i lost 26 pounds and i used to bench 120lbs now one 170lbs i don't drink protein stuff cant really afford it at the moment gonna keep this up wrestling is over Ive changed my diet and AHMAD THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! life is really turning around

@Pab654 wal-mart has a brand of whey protein called body fortress that has creatine and glutamine mixed in and it is actually really good stuff. i think its like $10-15 for like a whole months worth. you dont need buy the $40-100 a month stuff just a waste of money.
P.S. if you get it dont get cookies-n-cream taste terrible XP

@makingthebest09 yeah, the body fortress one has only 1 gram per scoop; which is 25 grams of protein. its actually pretty good stuff. i started using it and then i talked to a couple of other people at my gym and they and had a lot of success with it too.

@neutroninvention Sit-ups, crunches, MASSIVE 50 rep situps and crunches, Full bodyweight dips, 5-15 reps, massive pushups, chin to the floor, as many reps as you can do, and maybe variations of pushups, like wider armed, or closer together.

@neutroninvention Remember, I do things like 2 sets of 8 reps of weight 3 times a week sometimes 4 times a week, then the same weight on whatever and do 2 sets of 15, then after that week, move up on the weight and do 2 sets of 8

great workout. ive been warming up with 1 round of your week 1 easy cardio, followed by 3 rounds of this and finnishing off with the navy seals ab workout + some pushups and stretching.. definately feeling the burn!
