This game was released in the US. It's hard to find, but you don't have to mod your Wii to play this game. For Unlimited Cruise 1 and 2, however, they weren't released in the US.

Too bad this was before Whitebeard's devil fruit was revealed. That would be fun to use in game. Of course, even without the df ability, Whitebeard wouldn't even flinch from a Luffy punch (unless in gear 3rd).
