  • C'mon guys don't post spoilers! The film isn't even released until this Friday the 11th... really a film to see on the big screen, not a computer screen...

  • @darkhorse000 uhh...the movie was released long ago, unless you live in a foreign country?

  • @MRresievil310 Theatrical release in the U.S. is 11/11/11, I believe. I'm not counting Netflix or Amazon or iTunes or PPV or screener copies or international releases...just when we can watch in an actual theater when its released in Los Angeles/New York...

  • Sorry, but those images make no sense. This guy is so overhyped it's painful.

  • @atreides6 For your own good, stay away from museums!

  • @Necrometer This also makes no sense. I could get lost in a museum for days, but this is garbage. He's only famous because of Antichrist.

  • @atreides6 He was well-known director before Antichrist. The museum analogy is meant to point out that each of these images/sequences can tell a story on par with most things you'd happen upon in a museum. If you can't imagine any narrative to pair with a mother carrying her son across a golf course while each step sinks deep into the earth... you should probably stay away from museums :)

  • "A CODE OR A HOAX?"

    Uhm, neither?

The film was obviously inspired by the Elenin/Nibiru type events that will never actually happen in our lifetimes, and much, much longer.

  • @camhottylover or both

  • the symbolism touches me on a personally deeper level, that I can't fully process at this moment. Thats the beautiful thing about communication by imargery and music without words....your sub-concious captures it and analyzes it without your permission....later. :) extremely thought provoking

  • has anyone else been seeing alot of dead birds lately?

  • wow...that hurts

  • This is the embracing of Death. They say that depressives have an easier time accepting and dealing with stressful situations. Notice how Justine-i think her name is-is rather calm during the collision. As Claire becomes manic and fearful. This picture is pretty much about how each human deals with tragedy differently.

  • If Justine only took some antidepressants, she could've been as hysterical as the rest of us when Melancholia hits.

  • when i think about dying like this, i know that as an individual, there are probably more torturous ways to die, but thinking about something like this feels so scary. i guess because it would mean it's all over. it's hard to believe that as powerful as humans have become, something like this could end everything.

  • If the end does come, just think and say to yourself

    "Maybe it's a new beginning"

  • does anyone know where to watch this movie free online without having to complete a damn survey!!!
