Hi rich I am a 17 year old guy that weigh around 132lbs and I am embarrassed to go out with my friends to the beach or to the pool because of my tiny little skinny body, and I think that with your help I will be succesful in my new goal that is gain 35lbs in 30wks so I am going to keep in touch with your channel and e-mail to see if you are going to be able to hep me make it happen. thanks again and congratulations for that super smart calculator!!!

I was diagnosed with HIV a while back, I know this might be putting my business out and maybe you are not equipped to answer questions regarding this matter but I think this is one major reason why my growth is stunted.
At my lowest I was 150lbs. (BTW I am a tall 66 guy.) now I am 205 lbs. My goal is a least 235lbs./240lbs.
From what you can gather is there any information you have or can advise, would be much appreciated.

It wont make you fat as long as you excersize and consume healthy nutritious foods that your body needs. If you are a skinny person you will put on muscle mass quicker since your insulin levels are always high and your body will be absorbing nutrition like crazy every time from recovery. After you gained lots of weight , yes you will have gained a bit of body fat thats why you spend 1-2 months cutting the fat down and consuming less carbohydrates in your diet.
you calculate your calories... you get around 4000cal... do you eat that every day for 25 weeks or do you eat more and more every week? if so, how much more?

I've been watching your vids and one thing that im struggling with, is exactly WHAT to eat could you please email me with some of the meals you would sugest because i seriously have no clue about food and im not sure what i have in my cuboards i could knock together to make a meal with the right carbs and so on. awaiting your reply. thanks.

I have never seen a very detail weight-gaining calculator like that before.
I am certain it will help me in my quest to become bigger in muscle mass and strength.
I am really having a hard time gaining and keeping weight, for obvious reasons.

so if you try to put in 50lbs in 50weeks will this calculate that you have to eat more then 4000cal (in your example)? That will only make you fat...
