@FalloutTactics92 u could always save b4 the final mission. it would be awesome to see how the world was shaped after the hoover dam though, but think about it, the designers would have to drop or alter every quest u currently still have after the final mission or perhaps add more after so they match up with ur actions. I'm sad there won't be any DLC that would make this possible, but I can understand why Bethesda did what they did. Either way theres still 4 ways to play it :)

@bmfv123 You have to do Arcade ganon's personal quest For aulde lyne sang or something arcade is found in old mormon fort need speech of like 75 or 80 and be on a quest like for the republic 2 then take him to certain areas where he will engage you in conversations and will eventually tell you about it

You know as stupid as it is, Obsidian was smart to not let you continue. I mean think about how many Broken Steel DLCs where bought. I still don't like that I have to WAIT for a DLC and it should continue. Either way the game is damn good.

Yeah, i'm confused as how they'll introduce DLC for an open ending, because the ending talks about the mojave wasteland continuing for years and how everything pans out, so they'd have to make four different futures for the four different options.

So either the DLC won't make it open ended, i.e - before the ending war or the DLC download will be like 30 gigs lol.

@gamerdudes2 No, the game finishes after the end of the final main quest. However, Obsidian will probably release some DLC that allows the player to continue after the main quest. The same thing happened with Fallout 3.
