Case 1: TBC is VXer as well :) which is not so far fetched as man this is assembly at it's finest.

Case 2 : The packer is 3rd party or given to TBC by a VXer

Case 3 : The packer is from TBC as well but at some point was pub. available or privately given to someone as exampe

Case 4 : All packers for 1K/4K share much similarity and NOD32 IS JUST STUPID :)

yeah, demos and virii uses much of the same packing algorithms for fitting much code into small spaces so its a common failure in virus scanners.
