That's realy great! Next time use watercolor paper. It's better and make the black part of the eye a bit bigger and add white hilights to the eyes. I'm currently doing a lion watercolor lol
Not sure how it would work with the paper you mention, but as far as waiting for the watercolor paint to try,, a quick tip I learned is to use a hair drier. Nice work BTW.
That is more tricky, and might not be entirely possible. You might try, VERY carefully, to spray a fine mist on the back of the painting. Then place it between two clean sheets of paper. Then carefully iron the painting on a flat cloth protected surface.
I forgot to mention. Instead of using an iron, you could also mist the back, put it between to clean sheets of paper, then put it on a flat surface and place a lot of heavy books or magazines on top and wait for it to dry. This might be the safer thing to do as your paints could possibly react to the heat of the iron.

Thanks, I did use a hair drier.
I am looking for ways to even-out the crooked paper.
It dried to bumps.

Yes, this was my initial idea as it worked for stretching the paper.
But the iron method sounds like a good shortcut.
Will try on scrap paper to see if the pigments react to heat.
Thanks for all your help and keep doing those awesome paintings!
