Yeah, permasin works fine (until they nerf it). Probably the very best is the Ele/Mes version of this build using Mantra of Resolve to prevent interruption.

Yes, in fact the broodmother usually dies first (hopefully), which is nice because it recharges your skill bar. On a ranger use all radiant insigs and attunement. It is critical that you use a staff with a 20% enchanting mod on it (doesn't matter what kind). Totem Axe and Focus works fine too.

Yes, the trick is to run into Riven Earth, run back into Rata Sum and then run back into Riven Earth. Now every time you type /resign you will be right by the door.

it's glyph of sacrafice so mist form dosen't get interupted when you use it

no glyph of concentration jut makes you not get interrupted but while you cast that the raptors will still be able to attack you and you will probaly die, it dosent have 30 extra countdon because when ou kill rekoff all your skill will recharge

Glyph of Sacrifice is superior because it also makes the the next spell cast instantly (and hence you won't be interrupted either), so you don't have to worry about getting mobbed during that one second cast. The additional recharge is not a problem since your skills will all be recharge shortly when you take down the Broodmother or via Air of Superiority. Don't forget that Glyph of Concentration has been nerfed down to only one spell.
