I think Apple purposely left the apple products "jailbreakeable" because with all the money they got they should be able to hire programmers, designers, etc to make the products "unjailbreakeable" thus making more people want them because of the jailbreak. Evidence (sort of): auto-correct of jail break - jailbreak, if they didn't like it why would they let people search a term like that.

heres a bug for you: with my iphone 4s, I jailbroke it successfully and when i tried to play my music it would refuse to play some songs and it wouldnt recognize any of them... if u just bought your phone I highly advise against this jailbreak... this is coming from a huge jailbreaking fan too.. just a warning guys..
