  • Are her eyebrows filled in? What is the relaxing music in the background?

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks for uploading this video. Eye brow threading is easy when you have three hands otherwise it is very difficult beause the thread gets stuck on the skin.

  • this shit hurt so bad. i never got a wax before but this was horrible. i asked the lady if it hurt and she said "just a pinch" it was MORE than a pinck. it was like she was stabbing me on my face with a sharp knife. i like how they look it is great but it just really really hurts.

  • So relaxing.... Im starting to fall asleep just watching this

  • If you're ever looking for any eyebrow threading in the Houston, Texas or Dallas, Texas Area, then Eyebrow Energy is perfect for you! You can visit and "Like" the page here on facebook under "Eyebrow Energy"

  • It hurts a when they clean the inside of the eyebrow but it's not that bad. Remember no pain no gain(:

  • Waxing and threading are in

    Shaving and plucking are out!!!

  • @pigglepurple omg ppl shave their eyebrows????

  • @zarbar2 no i didnt mean eyebrows i just meant shaving in general :P

    same with waxing, hahaha.

  • i live right near adrmore!!! whoooo philly!!! great eyebrows i gotta get them done there

  • WOW! That is pure TALENT! I have to try this!

  • Where can I get mine threaded?

  • @SamTHfan you can get the eyebrows threaded at a salon where they sepcialize in eyebrow threading DON'T just go to some make up salon because just because the workers there have a degree in make up it doesn't mean there fool proof on messing up your eyebrows!

  • How long does it usually last until the hairs start growing backk?

  • @iHeartXXXXX two weeks

  • My mom knows how to do that hahah yeahh......

  • I do it every month and it does hurt alittle but bearable . Real pretty and it cost me only S$5 for both brows . You must be crazy if u think this is painful .

  • I love getting mine done! And where I go, they only charge $3!!!!!

  • omg i love the shape threading gives you but hate the pain sometimes its worse than other times i wish it was as relaxing as waxing lol

  • does anyone know if it is painful??

  • @koolkcp yes a little painful but you get use to the pain if you get your eyes done a lot then you won't a thing the last time i had my ones done they hurt like hell like my skin tear off never will i get my eye brows done by that lady

  • @koolkcp

soo not painful..just like a slight numbing sensation..i got mine done 4 the first time yesterday at an indian salon..UN-FUcking believable ..it was great!!

  • @koolkcp when they do it in the bottom eyebrows but its fast so its ok (:

  • good

  • honestly, I never heard of this until I was watching americas next top model cycle 13 and mr. jay asked this hot girl lisa who threaded her eyebrows because they were flawless and I was like what the hell is threading?

  • i wonder if the girls who i watched do this in jail way back when knew it would catch on in hollywood

  • @JeffoBlivion hahaha! that's a funny ass comment. why did they have to thread? was it because they weren't allowed to have tweezers?

  • @JeffoBlivion LOL! I guess you can do it in jail because it's easy to find some thread.

  • it definitely depends on how they thread it. some people use baby powder on the skin before and it doesnt hurt. but it also depends on what type of thread you use. ive gotteb my eyebrows threaded ever since i was 14 and it hurt like hell and i would dread going to get them done, but now i go to shear shack and the ladies there KNOW how to make them beautiful and 100% painless.

  • i got mine done yesterday for 10 dollars

    i loved it <3

  • @OhEmGeexItsMee u got ripped off! i get mine for $5 :P

  • how the hell they do that WOW...i cud never get a shape like that iwant1 me nxt does it hurt i got all teary when i wax my eyebrows nd pluck

  • Its does not hurt at all!

Im 13 and got my done and at first i thought it would hurt but it didnt!

  • does it hurt? Or does it only hurt the 1st time???

  • IT HURTS. i let her do it once. and i was like OH FCK. i was in pain. i just waxed it off.

  • It hurts, but it's nothing unbearable and it doesn't affect the skin like putting hot wax on it would.

  • i love getting mine done... i love how i can feel every single hair come out, and i always know they got it at the root. It's really satisfying lol :D

  • i love it

  • just subbed...check me out sometime!!!!

  • I like my eyebrow thick but trim and neat...I x like it too thin...the lady who did my brow kinda sucks....she's the type who assumes Penelope Cruz's kind of brow as thick...NO...it may be thick but she looks hot!

  • i dont get how it works???

  • hey- i am 11, i just got mine done today. it like, where the string crosses, it like holds onto the hair and pulls it fast. hope u understand

  • hello to all, I saw a small manual machine for Eyebrow Threading don´t need to use the mouse and is more effective? I saw it in California but I can´t find in internet, and the Indian girl that make that, don´t want to say nothing about the machine. ..I seems that functions very well, if someone know please tell me, many thanks

  • First couple of times its painful! its not that bad and super quick! the only time it does get sensitive and a little pincy is the end of your eyebrows. Where they thread the side of your head. owch!

  • yea! i am 11, got mine done today for 10 dollars. boy was it worth it!

  • @taylorsamarin98 hi i say ur comment saying u gt ur eyebrows threaded 4 10 dollars thats expensive i live in england and its only £3

  • i get mine waxed ! this :ish looks painful ! lolz .

  • I did this before and it felt like my skin was caught in something but it was so quick! Doesn't last long enough to be painful. Just uncomfortable

  • Hi........I know you.....ur hot

  • she is so fast! c:

  • I find this method sooo much better than waxing or plucking, which I find really painful and always have really irritated, red angry skin afterwards!!! Plus it dosen't hurt it just feels slightly uncomfortable but its over with so quick - I would highly recommend!

  • does it hurt...

  • i find it hurts less than tweezing. less irritating

  • this is actually so easy to do on your own

  • yeah i do it myself all the time - it's really simple, not a big deal at all

  • I LOVE this method of shaping eyebrows. I have a lot of bald spots in my eyebrows and the lady always has me looking natural and full while still maintaining a beautiful shape. I used to get them down every two weeks when I lived in Indiana, but no that I've moved to Alabama, I can't find a place here anywhere! I've gone back to over plucking! ugh! If anyone knows of a place in Alabama that does eyebrow threading, plz let me know!

  • had it done today for the first time.loved the results, buy it makes your eyes water!

  • the funny thing about this is, i tried it on my sister, i took her whole eyebrow off.. as lame as it sounds, you have to be a professional to play wit the thread... ctfu.. i should have took pics..

  • i introduce this method to my friends all the time... i tell them though, at least give it a try twice before saying you like/ don't like it.

  • what is this? ive never heard of it!

Ive never had mine waxed just pluck and they ALWAYS get irratatted

  • I don't understand what is actually happening :C

  • If its done right it doesn't hurt at all.

  • what is this eyebrow shape called, does neone know? i like it

  • my god, that looks like that hurts....

  • ive got my eyebrows threaded a lot of times and i still think its painful but i love doing it because its a cleaner look. I waxed my eyebrows once and a day or 2 later i broke out all around my brows..there was little bumbs everywhere. threading is waaaay better. i reccomend it :)

  • I was thinking of getting my eyebrows threaded for the first time in a few weeks instead of getting it waxed like I usually do. . . so I decided to watch a waxing video. .

um. . does it hurt as much as it looks like it does??

I am 15 years old by the way

(I don't want to go there and end up crying like a baby either )

  • If u have tried waxing and it doesn't bother you, then threading will be a piece of cake!! You'll love it!!

  • Hmm I was thinking of doing this.. i see them at the malls all the time.. i've never got my eyebrows fix..meaning wax .. i keep em trimmed...shave the stray hairs .but never nice like the perfect eyebrows i see...but does it hurt? like a small pinch? i mean i'll suffer thru it if it means i'll have nice eyebrows

  • It feels like plucking. It's a tab bit painful but as time goes on you will get use to it. I find it better than waxing because there is no redness or anything afterwards, well at least for me.

  • juss wanted to correct the description of the video ..it is not ancient persian art ...it originated in India and later spread to Persia

  • Why will women go through this. It looks soo painful.

  • It was. I did it for the first time today because my mom said it didnt hurt, well she waslying to me. I would rather get them waxed then pulled out by thread, ever again.

  • it's to feel and look attractive to you and every other guy out there...

  • yeh i got this today, im a guy lol, first time doing anything like it and i liked the results that threading gave me, the ppl really knew what they were doing, and even though my eyes watered a bit and it took a bit longer than most ppl (mostly cause i have thick eyebrows) the pain isnt that much and the cost is pretty good for the end product

  • i am worried about the practioners neck. I think she would hurt herself bobbing up and down like that. I have seen that fixed by just using a longer piece of thread

  • it looks so good after, I just don't know anywhere that does this kind of thing, the salon I go to only waxes. How does the thread remove hair?

  • the thread is twistesd and when the loop at one end is opened the twist moves down the thread and grabs the hair and pulls it out

  • it huuuuuuuuuuurts but it looks awesome :D

  • ahh my mom took me for the first time today and i did hurt =/ but they look great now!

  • It hurt so much the first time but I really liked my eyebrow and it was cheap! Now it's back but not as bushy as before (:

  • I like getting my eyebrows threaded, even though the lady made them uneven last time. I look forward to the next time I get it done.

  • i get my eyebrows threaded...costs $10 and lasts longer and looks more natural...i love it

  • lol that's what i did in jail since i couldn't have tweezers lol pull a thread out of your jail shirt and thread away crazy i didn't think people did this when they weren't in jail lol

  • sorry I dont mean to sound like im downing u ,she just didnt do it like u did . she didnt have me holding my eye like that. I just had a bad experience.

  • I made the comment in march that when I got my eyebrows threaded she cut me under my eye and u said that the thred that u use is soft and that is impossible ,but it is possible because I have witness that can atest to how my eye looked . Maybe u do agood job but the girl who did mine messed up my eyebrow because she didnt know how to do thick eyebrows.

  • WTF DOESNT THIS HURT

  • NO it doesnt. I just threaded my own eyebrows like 2 hours ago. Doesnt hurt, but its not painless, just hurts less than waxing, in fact, the pain is kinda enjoyable :-P

  • i agreee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow ii guess beauty is pain

  • i'm using medicine prescribed by my dermatologist for my face. and i used to get face waxed from a vietnamese place in san jose, ca... until they started doing lame service and burn my face 3 times in 6 weeks.. then i found an indian lady who does threading.. it's a lot better than waxing

  • i prefer threading over waxing, especially because im dark skinned. i always get that racoon effect after words. ugh. its relatively painless for me because ive been doing threading for the last 3/4 years so im used to it by now.

one you get used to it, its nothing. the first time it really does hurt like a mother though. and it lasts alot longer than waxing. atleast for me.

    mine costs $2.oo

  • I've been thinking about doing it, still, IDK!!

  • trust me, i got my done its awesome!!!! :)

  • I did !! I got mine done a couple of weeks ago and I love it....It didn't hurt like I thought....I don't think I'll be waxing too much now.

  • does it take the hair out with the root like waxing and tweezing?

  • Yeah...to me it feels like tweezing...just taking out more hairs at a time. I guess that's a good explanation.

  • yeah, so it lasts a long time.

  • yeah, i think so

  • niice glad u took my advice

  • who cares if it hurts...it looks great.

  • I got mine done for the first time using this method...they lie when they say its painless...it hurt like hell. I will stick with waxing in the future...however, there was no redness afterward like with waxing.

  • i got mine done for the first time today with the threading...and it hurt so much! i have to get used to it i guess? haha. i loveeee the shape though and how they came out..

  • I had my done at the India Store on Evers @ Wurzbach...cost was $12 and that included my upper lip.

  • That is here in San Antonio, TX by the way...I forgot to add that...and I didnt have any bleeding. I have had worse wax jobs...this hurt no doubt.

  • Does anyone know what kind of thread she uses?

  • it's a cotton thread

  • try gorgeousss in london docklands e14 8sh 0207 538 0684

  • I got mine done yesterday and it was a little painful, but I do hear it's better than waxing. I don't wax either... just a good ole razor, but it does look really nice.

  • It does not hurt! I've been waxing for years - waxing hurts WAY more than this!

  • does anybody no where i can thread my eyebrows in coral springs or parkland florida

  • can u pls suggest me one good parlour in London where I can go for eyebrow threading

  • gorgeous 3 quarterdeck e14 8sh 0207 538 0684

  • I got mine done just yesterday and it hurt like crap. I don't get my eyebrows waxed all the time like other people so that's probably why. It cost me 11 bucks. I would never pay over 20 dollars for that stuff!

  • wow..i get my eyebrows done for 2$

  • i get mine done 4 £3.50 and normally get my eyebrows done every 2weeks cnt belive hw much dey charge at debnams dats just scandalas

  • it does not hurt at all

  • I had my first experiance with threading the other day. OMG! The hell with waterboarding, the CIA could use this! It was soooooo painful. I have 4 tattoos and have had many major surgeries and tht was nothing compared to this!! The results were nice, but it was torture.

  • You can do it at Debenhams for £13

  • the pain might depend on where you are in your menstrual cycle

  • threading does not soley derive from persia, its from india too.

  • Im 15 and i got mine done saturday. It doesn't hurt at all! its done so quickly, its great! x

  • i got mine done today and it HURTS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i hadd minee done yesterdayy, and itt wass sooo painfull, but thee end result was totalyy worthh itt (:

  • I just got my eyebrows threaded a few hours ago it doesnt hurt to bad it feels like thry r getting plucked

  • how much does this cost

  • no need pull hair eyebrow,,,

    leave it natural

  • People, seriously... can this girl be on like a news? o_O

A 13 years old korean girl who made this site .

    ★kimmystuff,co,nr

    Mann koreans are so SMART!:p

  • What's with the "quick, painless and no redness" comments? I just got mine threaded for the first time today and it was painful and bright red for about 3 hours afterwards, some of the holes where the roots had been pulled out were bleeding too.

  • I take it you wouldn't recommend it then? I have never plucked by eyebrows but have been considering this because my eyebrows are black and my hair is mousy brown....

  • To be honest, it's quite painful while it's happening but I'll probably go back and get it done again next month. I do like how precise it is and after plucking/waxing I've sometimes had spots or ingrowing hairs but with threading there hasn't been anything like that.

  • thanks for the advice, really helpful.

is the pain as bad as waxing?

    did the bleeding roots scab?

do they decide the shape for you? (i.e. just standard eyebrow shape?)

is it expensive and how long does it take?

  • its really not that painful at all.

no they don't scab, but usually small bumps form. Just avoid putting lotion on afterwards because the pores in that area where you got your eyebrows threaded are open, and the oil will cause pimples.

no, you can tell them the shape you want, but professonals will know the right shape

its not expensive . I got mine done at the mall and it was 15 dollars.

    I would recommend it

  • 15 dollarrs!?!? I get mine done for 3 dollars. You're getting ripped off.

  • More painful than waxing for me, but I'm normally allergic to the wax anyway. Didn't scab over, and the bleeding pores were totally healed in the same day. It's quite cheap where I live (£3-6) but idk if that's because I live in an area with a huge Asian population where threading's the norm and it took about 5 minutes. They decided the shape I guess, just neatened my normal eyebrow shape but you could ask then about making a higher arch or anything if you wanted it.

  • the pain is alittle worse than waxing but not after the second time,

    no

    no u decide the shape

    its cheap like 4-8 dollars

    it takes like 15 mins

  • In London people pay £75 - £150 for this

    per eyebrow

  • WTF??!! Please don't tell me you pay that, they charge about £5 in Brixton - for both eyebrows!!

  • No, no, of course not. But it's like anything - in some parts of London they will pay £12 for a donut. 'Krispy Kreme' in Harrods' xD And some wines are about £400 a bottle.

Makeover type stuff is really expensive, haircuts are like £300 and nails etc etc etc. Stupid, I know :P but you ay for the name really.

  • Krispy Kreme is delicious... I thought that was only an American thing though?

  • It's better than plucking for a clean look b/c when you pluck the tweezers cut the hairs and then you have these stubs.

Waxing will take off a layer of skin and you can't shape them gradually so, when you have ripped, there's no way to fix it!!! Beauty is a bit of pain, let's face it!

  • i love my high sexy arch brows never wax agin especialy since it doesnt hurt

  • As i was 12 i threaded my eyebrows at first time.

Now im 17 and i do it since im 12.

Its really nice how beautiful eyebrows can look.

I go to thread it in my turkish barber

Turks can very fine threading too.

  • i just got my eyebrows threaded an hour ago, and I love it!! i haven't waxed in 3 years, and i'll never go back...and instead of using tweezers, i may just get them threaded from now on...the results are clean and precise!

  • I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. I'll never go back to waxing. Not only was it pain free with no redness, my eyebrows have NEVER looked better. My 11 year old son noticed, that's how good it was!

  • despite the girls dark skin, the average quality of the video, you can still see the amazing shape this woman's sculpting into this eyebrow, on this lucky girls face!

  • I think this is soooooooooo awesome!

  • Does anyone know wheree I can get threaded??

    &&

    How permanent is it?

    All comments are appreciated

  • it lasts 3 weeks my girl got her eyebrows threaded at the mall it was so amazing i thought it was fake it was only 10 bucks so yea

  • i would just google it online in your area and see....they have it at our mall, but it was like 15 dollars - rip off...there is an indian saloon 5 minutes from my house it only costs 5 dollars. much better! Last for awhile, but then you can go back and get it done again....very worth it

  • i just did thread my eyebrows for the first time at first i thougth its going to be painful but it is not its at first it hurt but after you get use to it and the result sooo cool i love my eyebrows totally recommended

  • it doesn't hurt at all at least that's what i think, my mum does it for me, it's really good

  • you sure?? Is it better then waxing? Im 13 old what you shoudects me to do?? Cuz i want pretty eye brows and what you shoudects me to take that? Or wacting or the plumb..

  • what is

    1) shoudects?

    2) wacting?

    3) plumb?

  • if it hurts anyway, why not get waxed? i'd rather deal with a little pain to pull the hair out of the root than cut it at the surface.

  • threading does pull it out of the root..

  • threading does not hurt your eyebrows i do them myself

  • i had this done for the 1st time today IT HURTS LIKE HELL it made my eyes water, but my brows do look really cool

  • i still don't get how it works

  • The thread is twisted in the middle, and when they pull that twist over the hair, it grabs the hair and pulls it out in one smooth motion.

  • threading hurts very badly.

I really don't know how this girl stands it.

I started crying the first time. my mom even twitches when she gets her eyebrows done.

  • after u get it done a few times the pain eases up the nerves die

  • your nerves die?

  • I had my eyebrows threaded today for the first time ever and I will never go back to waxing or tweezing again. My eyebrows have never looked better :)

  • I thought you was about to say you will never go back again...lol im like dammit. I wanna get mines threaded but i wonder if it's a bad threader out there. Just like there's ppl out there that CANNOT wax at all. I wanna make sure i go to a right one

  • I got my eyebrows threaded and she cut me skin and left a scar on my eye!!!
