  • so why when i try to sautee my onions.why is it that one of my onions will b burned and one will still be not cooked enough, (i cut them in long strips)

  • @sheardelightful Most likely you are not cutting them in equal sizes. However, most people make the mistake of caramelizing onions at too high of a heat. Try lowering your pan temperature. For really sweet onions, it might take upwards of 15 minutes to get that great deep caramel color, most of us are looking for. Hope that helps
