Those are green bean sprouts. They are tasteless and smell fishy if you taken them raw. =( I don't want to act like a jerk but your salad is too ...veggie. It does not have any carbohydrates. It will make a very nice diet meal but for a daily meal I don't think it is going to work.

great  graphics, but could you provide closed captions for the hearing impaired? Or maybe your recording level was too low. Try being closer to the mic, or check its sensitivity level. Otherwise, great show. Thanks

Avocado AND olives AND oil? Wow, that's a lot of fat in that salad. I might try it someday. Usually I only EITHER use olives OR an avocado OR oil for the fats in the salad.

Looks really good and I'll give that combo a try. I really like your videos but one thing I wish you would consider doing is placing the name of the recipe at the start of the title so it would show up when you're searching through the thumbnail view of your videos - would make it easier to retrieve a specific program when you want to make that particular recipe. Either way thanks.
