ok cannon you scientist. marijuana actually triggers brain cells to release dopamine thus you get that high feeling. marijuana actually bonds to receptors in the brain and hence slows the flow of blood glucose and oxygen which can cause disorentaion memory loss and attention disorder. but even with chronic use shortly after your use has stopped dopamine levels return to NORMAL.
