One thing I'd suggest is to not throw away the solid portion. You could take that and boil it with something like a green tea (no sugar) and have an aloe green tea. The solid portion of some fruits, veggies, etc., is where the fiber lies as well so try to take in as much as possible vs throwing it away.
I was always too afraid to try aloe vera, I thought it had to be boiled. and I wouldn't be able to drink it. I think I would be willing to try it your way. Thanks
@ masterbakari . there's a way to get around that bitter taste when you eat the young shoots of the aloe plant, i like to eat them, have you tried this? Thanks for the nice video
This was one of the most informational videos that I had seen on you tube. Thank you very much for posting this information. I am a strong believer of the plant but never thought about making my own juice. I will now. One thing, I think that it would be better to use purified water instead of tap. What are your thoughts on that? Thank you again for the lesson. I am waiting on the video about tea.
Ive been researching this, cause i have small aloe vera plants in my kitchen just in a pot, but ive been hearing that the skin acts can act like a laxative?
