Most techniques you see here would never work in real life if done the way you see it (and it's not done very well in this case in my opinion). Any instructor would tell you that. This is why you cannot attend a 2-day seminar or study a tape and think of yourself as a martial artist.

I do this technique, only I pull my hand back at the same time my other hand pushes up.
"Harmonious Spirit Throw" should be very ying-yangy. Please take into consideration that I'm only a Gokyu in a closely related art.
