Ron Ron Ron... I gave you way more credit than that. Edwin loves, and will always love Lucas... such is the bond with the first love/boyfriend. So Ron is the one that needs to decide if he can live in Lucas' shadow for as long as it takes Edwin to get over him, or call it quits. Plus pressuring someone over their ex is a recipe for relationship disaster, and sad to say but after this episode, Ron just put the breakup cake in the oven
I think this is the first episode where you can see that Ron is older than Edwin and Lucas. He seem to know what he wants and he wants to be sure before he gets more serious.
@faindt Not only that, he doesn't entertain public brawls. Edwin is not ready for someone like Ron, he still has a lot of growing to do. Ron is a grown, self-assured, MAN, who wants a serious commitment. He's ready for more than just a whirlwind romance. Edwin still needs to find himself and figure out who he is and what he wants in life and love.

I know it's just a soap, but the writers have done a good job of showing that edwin is still a KID and using Ron on a rebound and as a punishment to Lucas for apparently moving on. Kevin Hassings performance is great, I'll keep an eye out for other roles with him in them.

I didn't see any genuine connection with that kiss (3:51). I just want Lucas and Edwin back together. Knowing this is the soap world, it will take months before they fall in each other's arms.
I actually dont think Edwin ever wanted to start something with Ron, it looked like he was lonely so started something with him but when Lucas came out of the coma he was dropped like a turd. But then Lucas was pissed that he had something with Ron and then broke up with him and then Edwin just used Ron as a rebound and still is.....we all know that Edwin still wants Lucas.

LOL...watched this episode without subtitles, and I thought the note on the COOKIES said something like "For you, sweethearts..." and I felt like a neglectful mother for not doing that sort of thing more for my family...then I see the translation "Don't touch, these are for Valentine"...really did laugh out loud at that!
Also, I wish I could go dancing at Dansatoria...I LOVE the music they play there...
I hate how Ron keeps trying to forge this relationship with Edwin when he knows that he's not over Lucas. He brings up Lucas all of the time when Edwin's trying to move on from it, which he's not getting over him anytime soon, but Ron is ruining his own relationship every time he brings Lucas up. He seems a little obsessive.
I guess what Lucas is trying to do is not to intentionally hurt Edwin he is trying to move on as he thought that Edwin already has after all Edwin did say that. As for Edwin dude if you don't want trouble with current bf don't go to places you and ex likes to hang out because the odds of you bumping into one another is pretty high and the scene won't be cute if the breakup was that bad

Ron may be level-headed but what was he thinking going after a guy whose boyfriend was in a coma? Even if Lucas were to die Edwin would still have unresolved issues with him.
@zumekomawari I think it's not really fair to say that Ron went after Edwin. He was attracted to him right away, but he never made a move until after Edwin gave up on Lucas. The attraction was mutual, but of course, everything changed when Lucas woke up—unexpectedly, indeed one of those soap opera miracles, considering how long he'd been in a coma. You don't have to agree, but I'd say until Edwin gave up, Ron was hands-off and not planning to act on the attraction he felt.
Why do people think Edwin is selfish? I really don't see it. He's had a great turnmoil because of his feeling and cause he don't want to hurt anyone. How's that selfish?
I think all of us fans of Lucas, Edwin, Ron, wants what is best for the person we like. But I think Ron failed at this relationship. he must have thought that what a great guy Edwin is, being by his boyfriend side when the outcome is not positive and I want that. so, he went after Edwin not knowing that Edwin will forever be connected to Lucas, good or bad. As the saying goes the grass is not always greener on the other side, case in point.
This is EXCATLY What I wanted! Lucas to move on with a cute guy, Edwin sees them and gets HELLA PISSED:-D .. HA take that Edwin, that's what you get for kissing that boy while Lucas was fighting for his life in a COMA!

I like how the writers have given this storyline some meat, lots to talk about, pro this and con that, Angst is needed to keep the story from getting boring. Think what you will, it is easy to forget yourself and do crazy things when you are in love or not yet out of love for someone. This is one of my fav storys and now there is going to be some real action for Lucas and Edwin and Ron to figure out, decision making time, I love it!! Ron is waaaaaaaaay too good for Edwin. Edwin is a very immature and selfish person and while I understand that he was alone and in need of someone to talk to and confide in and all that while Lucas was in a coma, he should never have chosen to embark on a relationship with Ron while he was still conflicted.

I hate how Ron keeps trying to forge this relationship with Edwin when he knows that he's not over Lucas. He brings up Lucas all of the time when Edwin's trying to move on from it, which he's not getting over him anytime soon, but Ron is ruining his own relationship every time he brings Lucas up. @zumekomawari I think it's not really fair to say that Ron went after Edwin. He was attracted to him right away, but he never made a move until after Edwin gave up on Lucas. The attraction was mutual, but of course, everything changed when Lucas woke up—unexpectedly, indeed one of those soap opera miracles, considering how long he'd been in a coma. You don't have to agree, but I'd say until Edwin gave up, Ron was hands-off and not planning to act on the attraction he felt.

I think all of us fans of Lucas, Edwin, Ron, wants what is best for the person we like. But I think Ron failed at this relationship. he must have thought that what a great guy Edwin is, being by his boyfriend side when the outcome is not positive and I want that. so, he went after Edwin not knowing that Edwin will forever be connected to Lucas, good or bad. As the saying goes the grass is not always greener on the other side, case in point.

I like how the writers have given this storyline some meat, lots to talk about, pro this and con that, Angst is needed to keep the story from getting boring. Think what you will, it is easy to forget yourself and do crazy things when you are in love or not yet out of love for someone. This is one of my fav storys and now there is going to be some real action for Lucas and Edwin and Ron to figure out, decision making time, I love it!! @mrazda69 Spinning is just exercising on a stationary bike. A spinning class would be led by an instructor who would vary the pace perhaps in sync with some music and encourage the class to increase or decrease the resistance--all intended to simulate outdoor bicycling and give people a harder workout than they might otherwise have on a stationary bike. Gyms and fitness centers often have a separate room with stationary bikes and a music/speaker system for spinning classes.

Ron is waaaaaaaaay too good for Edwin. Edwin is a very immature and selfish person and while I understand that he was alone and in need of someone to talk to and confide in and all that while Lucas was in a coma, he should never have chosen to embark on a relationship with Ron while he was still conflicted.
Unfortunately you cant help who you fall for but I think Ron would have let go and did in his own way until Edwin chose him and now he wants Lucas back....nice way to use someone!!!

I think he would be dating more for the chance of love now. We've got a catch doctor-intern falling for his silly HS student ex, but no one ever chasing Lucas 4 how great he is. Here's hoping he gets his own "Ron."
