Cache Creek Rafting Trip: Rock Avoidance

Holy cow! This is too cool! We used to park, hike down and party on that spot where it comes together after splitting up by the old Boy Scout camping area! You can see it real well 1:09 thru 1:12. We'd swim out and get the empty inner tubes and rafts that floated past sometimes and then wait for the people who fell out or fell off to come bobbing along. The west side of that split is DEEP! The water's really slow there. You can see a really good view of the slow part I'm talking about at 1:31.

Me and a bunch of my family and friends are going for the 2 day trip. friends that have gone before told me that they let you bring a cooler and they be drinking is that true. can you also use your own life vest?
