  • @amelioray I hope you don't mind me letting you know that stainless steal woks are best Teflon coated cook ware is very toxic , One YTer asked her friend/house guest not to use the teflon pots she brought to the house as using them would kill her parrot My advice is to get rid of all teflon from your home eg Ironing board cover etc

  • Alka ji your recipe looks great thanks for sharing.

    I have a small suggestion. After slicing prepare the tampering and to this add few table spoons of water and spread this tampering water mix on the dhoklas this will helps to infuse flavours inside and keeps dhokla moist.
