HTC HD2 kicks iPhone's ass. One of the things I really like about this phone, when compared to the iPhone, is that the video quality is awesome and it has removable storage. This phone can also play more file types than the iPhone. But, I'd have to agree, apple does have a much better app store.

If the HD2 had the Apple app store, than indeed, IT WOULD RULE THE UNIVERSE!!! lol

this was a shitty comparison for many reasons and ive owned both phones and now own an iPhone 3GS, The HD2 is choppy and slow even with the so-called 1Ghz Processor, teh graphical interface on iPhone is far better than the HD2 espeically with the 4.0 software and to compare this phone to an iPhone 3G instead of atleast an iPhone 3GS is bullshit as well oh and the battery life on the HD2 is shit as well i barely went thru 6 hours on a charge. The HD2 will never be better than iphone.

@ledkof In my opinion the HD2 is shit, the touch screen isnt that responsive like iphone, the apps are limited, and the battery dies in literally 4 hours. The iPhone has endless (apps some useful & not), the touch screen is the most responsive in the market, and the battery life is way better as well as the music player. But i warn u DO NOT get an iphone 3G its slow, get the iphone 3GS or I- 4, but dont pay attention to the video cuz it isnt a fair comparison since these phones are 2 years apart

@certifiedchillin420 well one of the biggest problems with this phone is the freezing issue, they recently did an update to resolve this but it hasnt done much, and can end up causing even more problems, even setting up email can be trouble, maybe take a look into the mytouch, the android based phones are so much better than a windows mobile device

If it told me to quit my job and lead a Ubangi tribe accross the Sahara, I would have to give it serious consideration. note that you can get more applications on internet, legally and for free (often iPhone apps equivalent) and install them without being blocked because the App is better than those offered by Apple or because the App is "bad" for iPhone Users... Windows Mobile exists since 2002 (maybe before, but not sure) you can get tons of apps that had the time to evolve, and that's why i choose HD2, the community is bigger and can do everything on the HD2 without anybody becoming crazy like on the iPhone !

We shared specs, but he still wanted to go. So we did. Turns out my PC got an average 60 fps faster than his mac book (with max graphics settings) and rendered videos and graphics faster. Mac = Overpriced Fail.
