I grew up with Cody and dated him briefly in middle school and I am so proud of where he has gone.

I wish there were videos on here of him singing when we were teenagers but have yet to find any.

In 9th grade he sang George Strait's "Carrying Your Love With Me" at a school assembly and I can still remember him blowing everyone away that day. My mom mentioned a Christmas performance that he had did then to that she loved too.

Great song, honestly Cody is a friend of mine and he is as modest as they come. He performed at my house warming last weekend and we go to local places just outside Toronto when he's in town. He'll go up and play without being referred to Lonestar and plays a variety of music. His girlfriend Jessie is awesome and a great friend of mine. He told me he loves the chemistry of the band and I hope the next single is a song I heard him play live that was awesome!
