will first off a thief is a criminal. and to answer that shes wanted for killing her mothers husband. not sure if he's actually her father or step father.

also nothing happened to her ex-husband. she got married to him and he didn;t know she was wanted. fbi found her and she had to sedate him and than leave him so she wou'dn;t be caught
