  • The most I've Zerchered was 295lb, but I didnt bring it back down. Of course, the last part doesnt really matter if you have a rack. Most I've seen anyone do is 400lb or so, so thats my goal.

  • A 295 zercher is very good progress.

    I am up in the mid 400's now, but man you have to be very careful with your arm tendons with the thin bars. I am not a fan of using a towel at all; but as i chase 475 i think i will have to resort to wrapping it. The brusing i am getting from higher weight sets is a drag on my wrist work days.

  • Nice I have never seen this before. I did these at the gym and people looked at me like i was an idiot....great stuff.

  • meanwhile they probably did their preacher curls or endless set of crunches while the squat rack remains empty

  • the squat rack is never empty when these are done, they have to be done in the squat rack.  Along with toe raises and body weight hangs. Nice zercher lift by the way.

  • I like the money you are getting. I just posted my own zercher video to demo it from some peeps. Light attempt but I was in a rush.
